Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking
Last updated: July 2026. By booking with Zaréa Aesthetics, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Appointments
By booking an appointment with Zaréa Aesthetics, you agree to these terms and conditions. A valid deposit is required to confirm your booking. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled time, once only. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Client Responsibility
All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form before treatment. You must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, current medications, previous cosmetic treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any active skin conditions, infections or cold sores. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused and your deposit being forfeited.
3. Treatment Results
Every client is unique and results can vary depending on individual anatomy, lifestyle, metabolism and aftercare. While we strive for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee identical results or specific outcomes. Some clients may require additional treatments or maintenance appointments.
4. Photography
Clinical before and after photographs may be taken during your appointment to monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate medical records. These images will only be used for marketing or social media purposes with your separate written consent. Your privacy is always respected.
5. Liability & Privacy
Zaréa Aesthetics is fully insured. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a treatment is not clinically suitable, a client appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs, relevant medical information has not been disclosed, a client behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner, or we believe treatment is not in the client's best interests. All personal information, medical records and photographs are stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR legislation. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
