Please read before booking your appointment
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment. Each booking can only be rescheduled once. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your appointment and deposit, and a new booking will be required. Cancellations must also be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, including cancelled appointments. A new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Please attend your appointment on time. If your preferred date or time is not available through our online booking system, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. Premium out-of-hours appointments are available for an additional £10, including appointments before 12:00 PM, after 5:00 PM, and on public holidays including Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays.
Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required: • £25 for standard treatments • 10% of the treatment cost for larger or higher-value treatments Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment. Please note: • Deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits cannot be transferred to a different month if you choose to reschedule. • The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of your deposit. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. We are committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment. Any abusive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour may result in your appointment being cancelled immediately, and future bookings may be refused.
Refund Policy
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Klarna and Clearpay. Payment must be made before leaving the clinic. If you would like to use Klarna or Clearpay, please contact us before your appointment so we can arrange your payment plan in advance.
